REALTOR®/New Construction Specialist Janet is a diligent and resourceful residential real estate agent. Her extensive field sales experience coupled with the knowledge of new home construction has allowed Janet to create a market niche that’s valuable in both resale homes and new homes.
Janet’s most valuable asset is her commitment to quality, customer service and strong communication skills. Her perseverance have earned her a reputation as an excellent negotiator and “getting the deal done” as well as an award as a Top Producer with the Southeastern BIA Sales & Marketing Council for 11.4 million dollars in sales in a calendar year.
Janet’s goal is to maximize her clients’ savings in closing a transaction, whether you’re selling, buying, or building your home. She’s building a team of professionals with her work ethic and a team that promises to deliver superb representation to help you achieve your desired outcome. Janet acts to many builders in the area as a Marketing Consultant, advising on many facets of new home construction. She has recently been recognized by Continental Who's Who. Janet is married with two children and their dog, Cleveland. The family enjoys vacationing, sports, attending and watching her husband and daughter compete in 5K and 10K’s throughout Michigan and most importantly creating successes for her clients.
